Run LOOT to sort your load order and match your left panel accordingly - when possible. We can't even try to figure out what else could be wrong, when your left panel looks like this.
It should be sorted according to your LOOT sorted right panel. It manages resource priorities from loose files and BSAs. Originally posted by Ilja:Your left panel is a mess.
